La Cave de Valençay

Located in Fontguenand, the Cave de Valencay was founded in 1964 and has perpetuated the tradition of regional master winemakers for half a century. Son, grandson and great grandson of a winemaker, Sébastien Vaillant took over the family farm in 2004 after a wine career in France and around the world. On a flint terroir, the 25 hectares of vineyard are cultivated in a sustainable way.
