Domaine du Margalleau

The origins of the Estate date from 1938 when Georges Pieaux bought his first AOC Vouvray plots. Since 1995, it is managed by Bruno and Jean-Michel, his two grandsons who maintained biodiversity throughout the vineyard and use farming methods that respect the terroir and the environment. On the rock of Chançay, it is more precisely on the Vaux valley, in the heart of the Vouvray appellation, that the vines lie on clay-limestone-siliceous soils.
