Winemakers from father to son for over 7 generations, Sylvie and Laurent Perraud carry on the know-how and traditions within the vineyard. Laurent Perraud practices sustainable agriculture certified Terra Vitis with respect for the vines, the terroir and the environment and in order to control yields and optimize quality. The vines are established on a clay-schisto-silty and granitic soil on the most famous hillsides around the city of Clisson.
